Kavu Paxton Bag Review | A Simple, Small, On-the-go Bag

Being someone who is always on the go and always out hiking or exploring I spent a lot of time trying out different backpacks to take with me on my various adventures. I never liked the big bulky backpacks because they were uncomfortable and heavy and just ended up being more of a nuisance to me than anything else. I wanted something smaller that was more of a day pack to hold all of my supplies but had a hard time finding what I was looking for. When I came across the Kavu Paxton Backpack I was so excited because I finally discovered a smaller pack that was also stylish with many different designs to choose from. After using it for the past few months it has become my go-to pack that I grab every day! It has worked perfectly for hiking, but also diverse enough that you can use it for a variety of different outdoor activities.
This pack is made with 12 oz. cotton canvas/600D polyester, is incredibly durable and after I’ve been using it daily it still doesn’t look worn. What is great about this fabric is that it is easy to clean if it does get dirty. There is an adjustable rope style shoulder strap, which is surprisingly comfortable and molds to your body perfectly. The design of the pack (across one shoulder) helps distribute the weight to rest easily on your shoulder and back. The dimensions are 19 x 9 x 5 and the larger exterior section zips open with a mesh zipper inside to create separate storage areas if needed. There is also a zipper pocket in the front that is perfect for a phone or smaller items and a water storage compartment on the side.
Kavu also has a similar Rope Sling Bag with a slightly different style offering the same large exterior zipper section, but two different pockets on front. This is an inexpensive, high-quality pack that I know will become your favorite too! Bonus: Now that the Holidays are coming up this is a great gift to give someone! You can look through Amazon to find out different styles and price options.
